I smoke 2-3 pks of cigarettes a day. I'm not an idiot! I know smoking is bad for you, but I can't seem to stop. How in Hell do I stop? Do the patches really work? Anyone know? I am so sick of being controlled by tobacco, so would someone...... read entire post

I've been dipping tobacco for the past 7 months and I was recently able to quit. This is pretty amazing considering the fact that I would go through 3 or 4 cans per week. I got tired of wasting my money and a little scared of getting some oral cancer.... read entire post
