I have recently had a back operation. January 21 I went to the local hospital where I underwent a back operation. The doctor fused my 3 bottom discs, added two rods, a horizontal sabilizing rod toward the bottom of the two vertical rods, and six screws....

That's me - down with a busted hip (Femur head) on October 4th, and a full replacement operation on October 8th.
And since then, f-..all progress. Spent 50 days in hospital, and been home a week (or so).
Rehabilitation is held up by me first ...
