If I had a dime for everytime a stupid politico wanted to outlaw spanking. I don't think they took a look at our children and teens as of late. THIS is the result of NOT spanking. I think discipline is up to the parent and NOT a government issue. As long as you are not hitting to harm, a light spank here and there won't kill the kid. Right now I'm listening to how a 4th grader brought a gun to school.
I'm pretty sure the Columbine duo didn't get spanked. The new parenting style of not asking and giving kids their so called privacy led to these two having guns in their home without their idiotic parents not even knowing that the tragedy that was to unfold was happening under their own roof. I think we have more important things to tends to and this is the last thing that politicians need to concern themselves with. I don't know this could just be my opinion.
