In all honesty, I've been wearing eyeglasses for about 3 years, and although it makes me look dorky, I like wearing them, and it helps me see things which are near, well that's because I have the case of farsightedness.
This weekend, we went to divisoria once again to get our bridesmaid dresses and lo and behold, the dress has yet to be fixed because the dressmaker did not follow what was on the magazine. While I was fitting/modelling the outfit, three hands were helping me fix the dress. My sisters were saying this should go here and things like that. What was funny is that, there were three pairs of hands who were tugging my dress in this and that direction and three pairs of hands were adjusting the dress in the booby area. I don't really know if they were aware that they were touching me in that area for quite a long time. Oh well, at least they were all girls. By the way, I love the design of my dress, its a tube style empire cut gown, with thick strap that hung to the back of my neck, since the parish is a bit conservative.
Yesterday, we decided to look for a pair of shoes for the wedding. While fitting a shoe, I remembered that I was wearing a blouse that somehow showed a portion of my cleavage and that the salesperson that was attending to me is a guy, and I had a hard time fitting the shoe without showing a lot of skin. Oh well. Sheesh, remind me again to wear a shirt the next time while looking for a shoe.
Anyway, when we were at the book store yesterday, I saw a former classmate of mine, ahem, actually he was somehow the object of my fantasy when I was in hs. LOL. We were friends and we used to compete in academic contests way before. You see, I have a thing for smart guys. Anyway, this guy was not only smart, but he also has the looks, which can be proven by him winning a pageant for male and female back in high school. Anyway, I was surprised because when I saw him, he got a bit of chubby. Oh well at least, he is still cute I think, though I am not so interested in him now. To my surprise, he approached me and made small talk, which I think is okay, and for some reason, he seemed to want to ask some question which he opted not to. Oh well. Anyway, I wasn't really in the mood to put all my charms in play because I was busy browsing the bookshelf, and I promised myself to avoid all boy drama as MUCH as possible. LOL.
Anyway, my sister and I visited the optometrist because she accidentally stepped on her glasses a week ago. LOL. Though she also wears contact lenses, we coaxed her into wearing glasses because she is such a sleepy head and that she always forget to remove her contacts and her eyes always become red. LOL.
When the optometrist tested her, my niece followed her into the room and as expected she couldn't read half the stuff on the eye test. LOL. It reminds me of my eye test a year ago, I was cheating and the doctor randomly pointed to a letter, and lo and behold, I couldn't read it. LOL. Sheesh.
Well, that's just some of the haps this weekend. Gotta run!
