  Hey! Good to see you :-) Actually I've been having this problem with SC for awhile now. It's not every single day though. But often, the page gets stuck or my typing get gets stuck and I have to wait for it to start working again. I have no idea what it is either. And it does only seem to happen here and no where else. I think I mentioned this once or twice around here, but no one else seemed to have an answer either.

  Mom's I just switched to a cable from DSL connection and am now using internet explorer was using MSN and I have a delay now, not minutes be five seconds. It's annoying and I am going to call the cable company if it continues. Like you just on this site.

  Anyway, good to see you here. Moms or Mirror, don't matter much, same funny girl..........haha.

  Sounds like either a computer with too much stuff or viruses or the server is getting overloaded.

  Can it be your computer? Well anything I am having some trouble sometimes when I post and I want to correct half of the post is gone when I go into edit. This was happening on Firefox so I tried Explorer and it does not happen there. Have you tired an other browser?

  SC--I've had the problem with Firefox and IE. With IE, the pages rarely ever load all the way the first time I click them. So I don't really use that one. But with Firefox, they get stuck and just freeze up, then after a bit, they work again. It doesn't seem to matter what page I'm looking at. Just any blog entry. It's been happening to me right now when I try to type this, in fact. The typing freezes and then it'll catch up. But this doesn't happen at any other website but this one.

  SC ~ same here, I use IE and it does get stuck a lot sometimes even when I comment and hit submit, it takes quite some time.  No particular page either.  I have even tried exiting the internet and coming back on, does not help either. Sometimes I can't scroll - it locks up too.

  Soulcast, I was using MSN's browser, switched to Internet Exployer and that's when the problems began. I don't have MSN any longer.

  The problem happens when I click any of the tabs. Have to wait five seconds or longer to use the page and the ads are the last thing to show up on the page. When the adds show up, then it's free to go...........thanks

  Oh yes, comment takes a long time.

  ed ~ for some reason ( :/ ) you just don't like IE do ya?  LOL  If it were that, wouldn't it affect any web site?? It is only this one for the most part.
  AND...P.S.  SC...it is awful today.

  honestly, i detest IE, quietone. it uses up too much memory and handles tabs poorly, IMHO. the interface is even more non-intuitive in v.7 than in any previous version, as well.

  You know i just came back from overseas and for some reason I had the same problem.  I tried and tried to get on here but it wouldn't let me.  I went to my friends house and tried it there and it worked.  I feel it is some kind of Firewall maybe within the setup.  I had to ensure I was connected to my house and not my neighbors wireless which was the problem.  My computer connected to my neighbor's wireless which they run through a router and the ports were blocked to allow me access to this website for whatever reason.

  Sorry for such a delay in responding here.... but my semester ends on Thursday so I might actually have a little free time. So, I'm going to post a few things and try to work my way around to the things I have been missing...but I'm still having a problem with the delays so bear with me...:)

  i haven't been able to log in without it freezing so I gave in and just switched to firefox....no problems....weird! Oh well....now I can finally read a few blogs! Thanks for helping me...:)
