Since I am waiting for my source codes, I am downloading them by the way, I'm gonna post all about what happened to me this sunny Friday morning.
On the way to the office, just like any other ordinary day, I rode the jeepney. I am quite fund on sitting behind the driver because I would like to be able to see the road and that I can easily ask the driver to stop when I reach my destination. To my dismay, the seat behind the driver is a bit short and that you can see the grease on the metal support. So I decided to change my seat, but when I looked up, there was already a cute guy sitting on the spot where I wanted to be seated. Then I was contemplating on seating nearer the jeepney opening, when a group of teenage boys rode the jeep. Basically, I've got no other options left since I am halfway already. Then I started to get uncomfortable when the group of teenagers started cracking jokes, I don't know if sometimes the joke is about me or I'm just being paranoid, but one of them remarked to the other one that the one seated beside me has a good eye and that he can easily spot "things". Teenagers! And I felt that the guy beside me is staring (one of the teenage boys). Since it is a habit of mine to wear my id whenever I am only a few blocks away to my stop, I wore it. To my dismay, I caught him staring at my id and then we were caught in a traffic jam. Not to mention that I am trying to avoid contact with the grease near my seat.
When I know that someone is staring at me, I tend look for a direction on which I could just stare blankly, so I chose to stare at the winshield. To my surprise, the guy beside the driver was using peripheral vision through the mirror upfront and I felt a bit akward. Anyway, I decided to look sideways, and I was in that position for about 10 minutes, and I felt that my neck is getting a bit stiff already because of the traffic situation.
Thankfully, when I reached the office, there wasn't any grease on my pants. And surprise, surprise, I have a new project and the deadline is at the end of my shift! Oh well, that's life for ya.
Still waiting for the codes to be downloaded,
