Do you ever start writing a post, get almost finished, and
then delete it?
I do it all the time.
It seems I sit down and just start streaming thoughts. I’ve
become a rambler. A lot of my posts are
never seen by you. Some things I delete for fear of being thought a fool. Some get deleted because it’s a touch too
personal…even for me. Some things I post and then I wish I hadn’t.
As a general rule, though, I don’t delete many posts after
they’ve been published. Long ago, I deleted
most of my erotic writing on a whim. I
sort of regretted that. I have also put
into draft mode a few posts that stirred up painful emotions when I went back
and took another look at them.
My blog has become a big deal to me. It’s really become an extension of my truest
personality. Sometimes I really struggle
with what I want to share with you.
