You know sometimes it doesn't bother me so much, but other days it gets me really depro. All my friends are getting married. Even the ones younger than me.
I suppose it doesn't really matter so much, because I have boyfriend and we love each other more than some married couples love each other. But still. There's that part of me that wants to get married so badly. Its not just the wedding that I want. The whole living together, and starting a life on our own. And eventually a family. I suppose it will come with time. And a lot of people wish they could have their youth back. But it just feels like we're losing so much time. I don't want to be 30 when I get married! :(
Anyway, that was my complaints for the day. :P Tomorrow I will probably feel better

The urge to settle down and know that someone is there for you is a powerful lure. If you and the boyfriend are ready for that step than great!! If not, don't rush it. Being past 30 getting married is really not such a big deal. Every bride is radiant, no matter the age. (at least I hope so, seeings as how I will be very past 30 and getting married.....again)Don't let your peers set the pace of your life. Be happy for them, but be happy for yourself as well. -

I believe that, emotionally and all that we (and our relationship) is at the stage where we're both really for settling down, but finances just doesn't allow us yet.
I think we've both been ready for a while already - we've been dating for 6 years, known each other for 8 years. I suppose time doesn't make us necessarily ready either. But we have both been wanting to get married for a while. I suppose, in the end, it will happen. But right now, it just can't come soon enough for me!
