In the last year and a half, I've been in and out of the dating circuit, and I must admit that I was flattered with all of the dates that I've been having.
However, during the last year and a half, there were several times where the dating thing almost blossomed into a commitment. Almost. I guess everytime that I came close, almost always something would come up. Sometimes its work, sometimes its distance, and sometimes it is another party. But I guess, one thing that I've learned from all of these experiences is that, one should be able to love oneself before seeking love from other people. One must know how to love and respect herself, know her good qualities and improve them, and admit her faults and do something about it.
I guess with the Rain chapter now over, I would take the time on myself. I'll focus on my career first, and who knows, I'm going to be ready again to enter the dating circuit. So basically, this is me taking a back seat in romance and getting on another caravan, and that is towards the improvement of myself and my relationship with my family. =)
So this is me saying hello world, well to the world of self improvement that is. =)

hi dazed!!! sorry to have missed that post on Rain... Hmmm... Truth to tell, it's really hard to expect too much and end up frustrated. I think you are making the right choice, set your priorities, and when things get a bit light, then pursue a relationship.

hi Lioness! :) Its okay. :) Yup, its hard to set up high expectations only to end up being hurt and disappointed. Thank you :) When the time comes that I am stable at my job, i.e. passed the probi period, got most of my goals done, then I'll be in the circuit once again.
