Ok ive decided to keep a food diary by recomendation of my gynocologist. Ive dont this in the past and it hasnt worked but she said i shoudl try everything one hundred time before i decide to go with Bariatric surgery so im going to wear out yet another attempt at losing weight. I havnt started to "diet" yet. First i want to realize exactly how much i eat and every day im going to review my little food diary and remove a food item until im consuming the "appropriate" amount.
Alright lets see...what did i stuff my face with today...
Breakfast: nothing
Lunch: 4 slices of little ceasars canadian pineapple pizza : )
Dinner: A bottle of wine : D
okay...not very healthy but hey.
Actually today i ate less than i normally do.
