  I was in the mood for a bit of music here!  I liked it--would make a good work-out song in itself.  Hope you aren't beating yourself up too much about exercising.  You get alot of it from dancing--and that is the best kind!
   
  On another note, I read a book, (wish I could remember the title now!) about women in Iran who were talented rug weavers.  (It was set in a time period of about 100 years ago, I think)  Anyway, women then dreamed of successful marriages and lots of babies--so they could be "fat."  Fat was a sign of success in life for them.  Skinny was for those who had to struggle for survival without families of their own.  It was the saddest book I have ever read.  It made me ashamed--for myself and our whole country.
   
  Sorry to ruin the mood, if I did, but I couldn't resist saying that.  Just dance, be happy, and be healthy!
