A buddy of mine who happens to be involved in law enforcement told about this way to get out of a DUI charge. I think she was just messing with me, but now I am wondering. So this is how you can supposedly get out of a drunk driving charge (although you may get shot in the process!):

Keep a small never opened bottle of 100 proof vodka in you car for when you are pulled over.

 Before the officer gets out his car shut off your engine and get out of your car with the vodka in hand, this needs to happen before the office can restrain you. Make a point of waveing the bottle label first at the office, so they can see that it is booze and gun! At this point I image that the cop will be about ready to tazer you so you need to go even faster! Easy for a drunk right? Open the bottle in plan sight and then bottoms up, chug every drop. I have done this with 100 proof, feel the burn!

Now your drunk and that’s actually the point. The office can not prove that you were drunk to any degree when driving. You will be sited for public intox but that is much less then DUI.
