Something I noticed in my life is how so many people don't want to talk about money-

Why is this subject so taboo?

I am open and will freely tell anyone I'm broke and I have a lot of credit card debt :) lol.

There's an article in the Boston Herald every Sunday that picks a particular family and shows what their income is, what their assests are worth, and how much debt they owe.  I see that everyone makes way more money that I do, they have a lot saved in retirement and still worry about their futures.

I feel like a loser reading this knowing how far behind them I am- yet I feel compelled to read it-

What's wrong with me?

I think it was Howard Stern who said that the most taboo subject to discuss isn't sex, it's money.
