As you may or may not have noticed, I've been quite scarce this past week.
I just popped in for a few minutes each day because.................SON OF A BEE STING......
my back has been killing me!
It's been going on for about a week and a half. I thought, at first, I had pulled a muscle, but it was getting worse instead of better. So, I finally made an appointment with my doctor.
This was after I went on some cockamamie health site and typed in my symptoms.
Upper right back pain
Fatigue
Radiating pain
etc.....
I got several diagnosis, most of which involved cancer of some sort.
My advice to you is; stay away from cockamamie health websites because you will become a flaming ball of nerves.
Friday, I saw the doctor and he felt my back and said, "Hey, I can feel the spasm in your back."
I was in no mood for levity so I retorted, "So can I, bub!"
He prescribed a powerful asprin related super power bomb and a lovely muscle relaxer.
It was quite nice, until the muscle relaxer would wear off. I could only take it once a day, before bedtime, so about 5:30-6:00 pm, I'd turn into the wicked witch of the west and my children would run and hide!
But, then I saw my chiropracter today. He likes to talk.
He did all kinds of muscles tests and felt here and there all the way up my spine.
He asked me questions about the pain and I answered, "No that doesn't hurt, nope.....nope...
well that KINd of AHOWWWWW does!
Then he really got into the neck stuff and
"Just relax your neck."
But I know what's coming!
"Good, relax more and.........."
CCCCCCCCCCCCCRRRRRRRRAAAAAACCCCCK
We did that a few times and then up the spine.
"AAAAAAhhhhhoooww."
"That was where you had the pain right?"
"How could you tell?"
Onto my right side............CCCCCCRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAACCCCCCK
KKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK
Left side.
CCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCrack
"Okay, you can sit up now."
"That's easy for you to say, buddy!"
I sat up
"Well, how do you feel?"
Actually,........................I feel better, a little sore, but better, much better.
I'm going back on Monday.
Pray for me.
