I was wondering what everyone does to relax when they're upset or stressed. I always put on music. It doesn't really matter what kind, as long as it's not the stuff that's going to make me cry. There's something about music, even the gothic rock or whatever it's called, that calms me down and helps me into a better mood. Tonight I have added something to that ritual. I'm not a drinker. I only drink alcohol once in a great while. I can't even say I drink it once a month, but tonight I am. I mixed some Bailey's Irish Creme with milk and added some Cinnamon Vanilla coffee creamer to it. Added some ice. It's good. So, that's what I'm doing to relax right now. What about you guys? What are your relaxation rituals?
