woke up about an hour ago. i swear my bladder is shrinking or something--even though i went to the bathroom just before turning in, i had to go and it woke me up. i suppose that's still preferable to the alternative, though? :>
went outside to have a cigarette and when i looked up, the brightest light in the sky was a darned satellite. somehow, that just seems so fitting...

I am fortunate to usually make it through the night without a call from nature. I usually turn in fairly late, so that might have something to do with it. :-) Maybe next time you will have a few stars twinkling at you, Ed.

That last comment to CW was funny! I got up to look at the stars and have a cig just before dawn this morning myself! There is a really bright one that pops over the tree line at about 5:00 a.m. and I think it must be Mars or something. They were all so bright and clear that it almost hurt to look. And, p.s. I went to "twinkle" too, I think..... lol. -
