I just got the funniest phone call. One of my friends just told me this great story. He has two cell phones, one for business and one for pleasure. And a few days ago, his mom's cell phone died. So he offered to lend her his personal phone until she could get a new one. And he notified all the people who would normally call him, to call his work number for the next few days.
Well, he notified everyone except the chick he hooked up with last weekend. Mostly because they'd only gone out a few times, and he wasn't sure where it was heading. She slipped his mind. But apparently he had not slipped her mind. She sent him a bunch of dirty text messages about their encounter together. And his mom got them!
Talk about wanting to die. And the texts were really filthy and mentioned how she loved tying him to the bed and giving him a blow job. And she said this in great detail. Needless to say, when he went over to his mom's house today to pick up the phone, she showed him the messages. And she was fanning herself as she asked him who the hell this person was.
I was laughing so hard at this point of the conversation, I could barely breathe! And when he told his mom, "she's just a friend of mine...." her response was, "well isn't she lovely?" Talk about an embarrassing moment! He's not sure if he wants to tell the girl his mom intercepted the messages, because she might want to die too. But then again, it's pretty fucking funny and I don't think he'll be able to keep it a secret. It took him about ten minutes to tell me about it.
And I totally slipped up and said to him, "I need to put that on my blog..." This halted the conversation momentarily and he asked me where the hell I had a blog. So I lied and gave him a different website, knowing full well he'd never bother to read it anyway. But he told me that he should be the one blogging it. If he had a blog, that is. Which he doesn't. So he told me to go ahead and do it.
I couldn't resist. That gave me a really good laugh! Has anyone else ever had something like this happen to them? Do you think he should tell the girl his mom read the messages? I said no, but I think he probably will anyway...

That's pretty funny. I do wonder why the mom thought it was alright to open text messages she knew were not meant for her.
Way back about 1971, in the age of real film cameras, you would send the film to a camera company, e.g. Kodak, and they would return the prints. A friend who was leaving town and was going to be visiting his folks before he got home had the film sent there. His mom opened them and got to see some nude pictures of the guy's girlfriend. (I saw the pictures later and they were arty, not porno.) Actually, it must not have been Kodak because they confiscated any nudes. Post Office rules.

But I told him if he mentioned the misdirected messages, he could probably forget about her sending them again! Or tying him up again...he might wanna think that one through further! :-P
exhibitC--You know how mom's can be, right? Nosy! Plus, if it's anything like my phone, once you have a message, all you do is flip the phone open, and there it is. That's funny about the pictures! That's why digital cameras are such a great invention!

RWW, I'm so glad you're still here!!ET, that story reminds me of when my family went to NYC with my grandmother.We drove, and back then when you stopped for a red light all kinds of interesting things would happen. The window washers and hookers would walk up to the cars and try to "do business".Well, our car stopped and one of the "ladies" came over to our car and opened up her fur coat, to reveal that she had nothing on underneath. All we could see were huge breasts. Why she picked a car with a couple, an old lady, and two children is beyond me. This whole scenario might lead to something more than he expected! As for his mother, unless she is an absolute prude, I doubt she'd hold it against the girl. If I were in her shoes, I would have tex'd back and asked the girl what kind of knots she used.
