My boss sat me down on thursday and told me that the fund that paid my salary as replacement staff for the girl I'm replacing who went back to nursing school had either been frozen or depleated and that Friday would be my last day(Yes the nail mistake place), But..............
That she liked me and thought inspite of my mistakes that I worked very hard and that she didn't want to lose me as an employee and that she was working on some things like taking a floor position and moving it down to the clinic to give me a position. I'd be making 3grand less in this position when I first get in it but she would put in for an automatic upgrade as soon as I got back. And that it would be ON STAFF NOT AGENCY:~)
I didn't know if I felt like Rachel when the visiting Angel told her of her finally impending pregnancy with Issac or if I should cry due to the impending one salary stretching to support five people( And Owen Wilson thinks he has problems). It's not that I don't think my boss could get my employement done or her Big boss who also is in my corner, (I think b/c I heard a rumor contrary to that awhile back but then you know what rumors are and considering the source now...) it's that I know a freeze in the nursing department has just been put into effect. Nurse cutie can they really get me hired during a freeze even with them scaling back on agency nurses,and other nusing type personnal?
I'm HOPEFUL,PRAYERFUL,holding my breath but still looking at the same time as I've just come to be excepted by my peers at this job and began to actually like it inspite of everything! And my husband is still waiting to hear about a job also there. He may go back to school in Sept but now wants to put it off to try and get a job to help me! The kids go back to school Tuesday and I barely got everyone school clothes but God has been good to me and helped me.
