That's when the cable guy's going to come and install the high speed cable modem at my house. That's when I'll be able to come back here full time. I'll be posting a party post on that day, celebrating my one year at SoulCast. There are many other things to celebrate, like my new life, new job, and so on, so I would like all of you to join me holding plastic champagne flutes and hanging from the chandelier and the like. Party favors are most welcome, and I will be accepting presents. :)
Of course, I will be giving out presents, too, so you won't leave empty-handed. ;)
RSVP and save the date, please. I would love to see all of you there wearing those funny little paper hats.
No more posting once a month, no more hurried typing. No more furtive glances at the library, no more dirty looks at Panera Bread. No more sitting in parking lots smoking, no more paranoid head turns. I will be in the comfort of my own home, in my underwear if I feel like it, and post and comment at my leisure. Wouldn't that be sweet? I'm sure looking forward to it.
The great thing about this new development is that I get to work from home, so I'll have ample time to spend here. I'm eagerly awaiting this coming Wednesday as it means me joining the rest of the world, and one step closer to being made whole again. This is a big step in that process, too, as I need an internet connection to do my job effectively.
Well, in any case, thanks for dropping in, hope you have a lovely weekend, and I hope to see you all next Wednesday. I'm hoping the party will go on for days, so I have cots and blankets all ready for those who need a couple hours of shut eye before getting back into it.
