  Btw, have you checked out Jibbitz? They're little decorations that you can get in almost any theme/character that attach to crocs. Not sure if your little man would be interested, but it could be an easy gift if so. The mom board I frequent is going nuts over them right now.

  that is funny! My puppy does the same thing and we thought he was a little strange... He likes to make a pile of the shoes and then he lays on top of all of them!

  When my husbands cat was a kitten she used to crawl into my husband's work boots when he got home, and sleep there. Now she contents herself with sticking her head in them to get a huge whiff of funky feet.  She will also lay on my sandles if I've walked through the grass.

  My cats do the same thing. Cat's know their humans by smell more than sight. To roll and bask in the aroma of its human is a form of bonding with us.
  
  And maybe this doesn't say much for the cat, but the feet have the largest perspiration pores in the entire body. More toxins exit via the soles of the feet (hence the strongest malodorous eminations there as opposed to other parts of the body). If you want evidence of this, you should really try an ionic foot bath, talk about toxins being sucked out of the foot pores! Looks like pond scum when finished. FRIGHTENING! But I digress.

  Infernal: Yep, he's awesome. The Jibbitz things won't work in these particular Crocs because the holes aren't round like on most Crocs. They are Mickey Mouse Crocs with the holes shaped like the famous Mikey Mouse ears. And as there probably won't be more Crocs in my house, I won't be buying Jibbitz. The grandparents bought those; it's the only reason he has them. I think Crocs are the ugliest things ever. Sorry to anyone who loves them, but YUCK!
  
  
  Silver: LOL. Yes, I suppose my shoe fetish is a house-wide matter. Well, except for the hubby. Heck, my son owns more shoes than the hubby does.

Hmmmm...since you are wanting another cat so badly does that mean I should refrain from putting up more pictures of the cuteness that is my other cats???

  I'm glad I'm not the only one who doesn't like them. I actually bought a pair, thinking it was a good deal because they're cheaper than my usual brand, but they're rather flimsy and just not all that, and they really are ugly - especially for those with large feet. Instant boat effect. :-D They are comfortable, though I wouldn't want to go on a long trek in them.

  Infernal: My mother has really bad arthritis in her feet, and she swears by Crocs and how comfortable they are. I can't get over how blessed ugly they are. So, they won't be purchased by me and cross the threshold of my house. The little guy loves his though because they have Mickey Mouse ears on them. And well, I can't say no to Mickey Mouse ears. So, the Crocs had to come home with him from the grandparents.

  OOOHH SO cute! He reminds me of my cat Paws that died when I was 18. My hubby and I have a kitten now. I rescued her out of a tree. Her name is Willow. :-)
