I'm 30 years old, rising fast in a new job, taking the train from Brooklyn to Manhattan every day.  After a year on the job, I actually start really getting good at it.  Back then, the pension field was bursting with success.  In the later 1980s the government woke up to the fact that defined benefit pension plans benefit the boss a hell of a lot more than they benefit the employees, and they cut back on just how much the boss could gouge for himself.  That was the death knell for that type of plan.  Everyone started terminating their defined benefit plans.  Then they started ditching the rest of their company pension plans too.  Next thing you know, we have this shit we're stuck with today, the 401k plan, where you put in Your Own Money for Christ's sake, and if you're lucky you get matched a little by the company.  It didn't used to be that way, kiddies.  These retirement plans used to be funded by the company, not by your own money.  Bad trend.  A cheery fuck you from the boss.

Being in the pension field since late 1979 I speak with some kind of authority.  Here's what I'd do if I was president or emperor of America.  I'd install the American 10% retirement plan.  For every dollar you earn, your boss puts in a dime into your IRA.  Simple as that.  Ditch social security.  Social security has too many flaws.  But pay out the social security benefits already accrued, while immediately discontinuing the social security withdrawals on our paychecks.  Where does the money come from to pay out our social security benefits without any new influx of money into the system?  From the rich, that's where.  Grab the fucking money from them.  The govt, a whore for the rich, has already stolen the social security cache that was supposed to be there for our retirement.  Get it back from the rich thieving assholes. 

How can you be a Republican or a Democrat?  All our recent presidents were thieving assholes who robbed us blind and betrayed us at every turn.  They all needed to be tarred and feathered and driven out of town on a rail, bound hand and foot.  We're ruled by scum.

We need to institute the national salary cap of a million a year, after which, you aren't entitled to any more, and the excess will help fund social security, or maybe fund the whole damn thing and more besides, who the hell knows.  These thieves taking a hundred million a year, we get that for more worthwhile projects than their new private jet.  We need to institute the national wealth cap of 20 million dollars, after which the rest gets returned to America.  No need for greed or hunger, cause greed has its limits, and once you reach the top, you get a lollipop and you win, and you fucking don't get any more.
