My hair have been sprinkled with yellow green shaded fine powder. Don't ask me why. it's work related.

I have finished reading harry potter book 7 last night. Amidst my nieces rambunctious behaviors and my brother's pestering. all I can say to JK Rowling is: "GOOD JOB!!!"

Not all writer can continue and finish a book series with consistent good quality. And of course a harry ending, oh my, happy ending I mean.

I noticed my pc's mouse have turned yellow. I have a midas touch. everything I touch turns to gold, at least in color. hehee. Cleaning up is drudgery. sigh.

looking up for the source of this nuances will require patience. i'm not up to it.

I cannot log in to my friendster account, the computer is hanging up on me whenever I try to go that site. It's been like this since last week. It's the only means of socialization that i do, able to. But now it's gone.

And I soo want to view a message that was left to me by a friend. I have been waiting for it. Have known it coming for sometime. It must be something. A great BIG DEAL of something that I cannot place yet. After work I will have to try to log in to that site by renting another computer just to be able to view that message. I have told her before not to use that site if she'll leave an important message.. It's already heavily loaded with crap from all the un-busy people in the world. tsk.

I just realize that harry potter book series mean more to me than some of my relatives. i will surely missed it. i'm hoping JK will write another one. One ending means a new beginning (closing time, semisonic).

I will miss the Harry Potter books, too, but they say the hunt is on for another such phenomenon. I think I've found it. The Zeke Mayhill series is showing promise. You can get the first one at Amazon. Not bad at all.

wow, thanks for the advise.I'll try to get my own copy of that series. Reading fictional books somehow makes real living easier. don't you think? :)

I don't know what happened to my message but here it is again. I  do feel that way, too. I love reading fiction because it takes me away to other lands where I can pretend to be magical, too. Young way of thinking, but. . .   :)

I prefer that way of thinking though. life is hard enough, a little make-believe won't be soo bad. :) Have you read the hobbits and the lord of the rings book series by tolkien? The copies that I've read is in old english and can be such a bore sometimes but the story is very well concocted, it will keep you reading til the end. :)

Hi, ellamae14. Yes, I have read the Hobbits and the Lord of the Rings. And LOVED them. My copies are more recent and getting a little threadbare around the edges. My favorite characters are the elves. I want to go live with them. :)

Hey, have you read Eragon and the Eldest books? There's supposed to be a third book coming but I haven't heard anything about it yet. Have you?
  • ellamae14 said on Sep 05, 2007....
oh ,i love the hobbits, eating 5 times a day and running in barefoot all day. :) I have not yet started on Eragon. :( But I will, on my next books shopping. Tolkien and CS Lewis were said to be friends, I find Narnia a bit lighter than tolkien's lord of the rings but also enjoyed it. :)

I loved Narnia, too. And, yeah, I knew the two authors were friends. I think that's neat. The Eragon books are supposed to be a trilogy. I can't remember the title of the third book but I believe it's in the back of the second one The Eldest. It's been a while since I read them. The first book was made into a movie. I didn't get to see it but I heard it was pretty neat. I'm looking forward to the third book. I'm looking forward to the next Zeke Mayhill book, too. Have you looked into this new series yet? I got my copy of the first book from lulu.com but Amazon has also picked it up now. I'm wondering what other new series is out there. If you hear of any, let me know, I want to look into them, too. Man, with all these books coming I may not get anything else done. :)

Hey, ellamae14, have you seen the quiz that's been going around here? Silverwhisper has it posted. It's about what kind of patronus you would have. Just do a search for Harry Potter posts and scroll down until you find the one with the quiz. It's pretty neat. My patronus is a snake.  :)  Go figure.
  • Moelt said on Sep 06, 2007....
Oh, hey, the quiz post is listed down here on your page here. Just scroll down.  :)  I should have looked before I posted.
  • ellamae14 said on Sep 06, 2007....
ei moelt, I've taken the quiz a minute ago, and we are both snake. :) Seems like we have a lot of things in common. Funny though, I've never met someone like me in real life. i guess it's because my type is not really a charmer and i tend to make people feel intimidated.
yup, soo many books, so little time. hahaha. Have you seen that disney movie, beauty and the beast? oh my, when I saw beast's library I got really jealous over beauty's good fortune. hahaha. I wish I could build a library like that and I can stay in it forever.

Hey, ellamae, two snakes of a kind, huh?  :)  I'm glad I'm not by myself.
I saw Disney's Beauty and the Beast a long time ago. Is there another one that's more recent? And any library in a home would make me jealous.  :)  I can read forever, too.

I think fucking not!!

No, I do THINK think... though I'd much rather prefer not to. Might be much more peaceful that way...
