Yippe! I'm allowed 7 posts now! lol Not that I could possibly think of anything worthy of 7 posts in one day! Do you guys really post that much?
That was not the point of this though, but if it was, I could probably string out my 7 posts pretty easily. If I just posted one meaningless thought for each one, I'd be in business! lol But what I really wanted to post about was this. I think some of the people I've come in contact with already, might be able to shed some light on this problem I have.
First a little history. I work at an office that I've been with for the last 9 years. Lately, we've gone through some changes and the work environment pretty much sucks. We're all underpaid and underappreciated, and completely overworked. There are supposed to be 3 of us doing this particular job, but now there are only 2. And it's just too much work for only 2 people. We've been feeling the stress something pretty fierce.
To the point that every time I walk into the place, I'd get a headache or a stomachache. I feel sick just pulling into the parking lot. And it's been getting worse every single day. And about a month or so ago, I noticed something odd. The two rings I wear, and have always worn, started to turn black. It was the weirdest thing I'd ever seen.
One ring is gold and the other is silver, and both are genuine metals. It's not a case of some cheap jewelry turning my fingers green. In fact, my fingers are fine. It's just the rings that have changed color. It started with a tiny spot, then it kept growing until both of the rings were completely black.
I tried washing them, using jewelry cleaner, scrubbing them, and nothing worked. The only thing that worked was rubbing compound that my husband uses on his car. They were clean again! I did this on a Friday, and they stayed perfect all weekend. Monday, a tiny spot showed up on the silver ring. By Tuesday night, both rings were completely black again. In record time!
I tried to think if I'd been in contact with anything weird or caustic. But I hadn't. I'm using the same soap and lotion, etc. that I've always used. Both at home and at work. I can't think of any outside reason for my rings to change colors.
So I cleaned them again, right before I started a wonderful three week vacation from work. It's been two weeks now, and my rings are still perfect. Is it possible that my job has so much negative energy that my rings are actually absorbing that? I don't know what else to think. Why would they turn black when I go there, and stay perfect now that I'm on vacation? Nothing else is different in my life or my routine.
Any thoughts? If someone knows about energies and the like, that would be amazing. Or if someone knows about jewelry too that might help! I'm just at a loss, and wondering what is going to happen when I return to work.
Help?
