short version: in a case that’s had interest almost exclusively to tech people, SCO loses at long frigging last! long version here.

commentary: SCO was delisted 2-3 years ago b/c they became a penny stock. their entire business model was patent barratry and they went after IBM, a company whose legal department should put the fear of odin into anybody with two brain cells to rub together WRT intellectual property rights. this was a long time coming and finally, SCO is done.

i must go forth and celebrate the news of SCO's imminent demise! :D
