Let me search for another job, it will be 4 months before I step into the outside world of a civilian. What can I do, I have been trained to lead, to manage, to organize. I have integrity and a responsible person. I am a member MENSA. Come on, I am sure going to make through the next Interview. The Minstry of xxxxxxx is looking for a Senior Personnel who can lead and mange people and I definetly fit the bill. Once again back into the long sleeve shirt with tie. This time it was a very hot day with 5 other person going for the interview. I arrive an hour prior to the interview time and it wasn't long before I was call in to meet a panel of 3 person. This time nobody was familiar to me, the Chief Interviewer was a elderly Lady, who was the only person who spoke through out the interview. Then she said that in this post, you are responsible for handling evrything else that is not related to the running of this establishment, meaning you are not responsible for the operations but you are responsible for the administration and everything else under the sun. Ok. this sound good, I never be the one to shreik off from responsibilty. I was trying my best to explain how with my background of leadership, people management etc etc.... You as me to jump and I will as you how high, if you ask to leap and I ask you how far. Next question, will you take over some of the duties of the personel in this establishment so that they can concetrate on the main role of their work ie taking over their administration responsibilties. Didn't she hear my response on the how high and how far I would go. Yes Yes sure why not I am there to assit as much as I can. I think the Interview when well. In 3 months I will be out or service, hopefully I will get a job in time. Now the last Interview I had the result after 2 weeks, now it has been 1 month and still not result. Should I look for another job, but maybe not I am sure the interview when well. 2 months when by and no news still. on the 3rd month, I receive this letter which stated " We have found you not suitable for this post and we wish you all the best in your future endevour" Now I really wish that this Letter would have self-destruct. But life is life this and there is always sunshine tomorrow and tomorrow will be a better day. Interview #3 is up in 1 months time.
