If you think the 35W bridge collapse should have not happened you're right. The govenor and the legislature have been fighting over raising the state gas tax for 20 years. The current govenor vetoed a 5 cent gas tax increase this year, why you ask because he is a die hard republican and he lacks the will and vision to think outside the box for himself. The other problem for him is a rising star in the national republican party. It's really sad people have die to get things done these days.
