brooksidepark_squirrel_photo project 365 Day 7

I had a wonderful day in the Rose Bowl Arroyo. I wish I lived closer. I'd go there all the time.

what great pics--the first two are magnificent, and the last shot of the squirrel--amazing! he looks like he can't have been more than a few feet away!

Hi Destiny. I took photography in college, but with digital it's a whole new world so thanks.

To S.W. : That squirrel was not only pretty far away, but up a tree. I discovered my camera has a 16X zoom on it. You zoom it all the way to 8, let go, and zoom it again to 16.  I bet a lot of canon digital users don't know their camera can do it.
If you look at this photo, you'll get a better idea of how far away I really was:

    Squirrel with yellowish fur.
