I think the correct answer here is to treat him like a real werewolf and shoot him with a silver bullet. I would be willing to make the investment. For those of you who didn't read it Machester has a werewolf problem, he supplies drugs and alcohol to minors, sometimes shows off his naughty bits and has even had sex with them.
