Okay for those of you that are also having trouble adding your Flickr photos here is what I did.
First, go to Flickr, and click on the photo you want. On top of the photo there is a menu bar. Click on the button that says all sizes. Click on the size you want. Then copy the HTML box. Come back to soulcast, click on the flickr button (blue and pink). Then insert the HTML code into that box. Just inserting the URL from your Flickr page won't work. Glad I finally figured it out.
