  They might eventually be able to bust him for conspiracy to commit a crime because he posts the little girl's pictures on the web.  Because he posts pictures along with locations (as I understand every link to his website instead leads to an anti-jack site which while I understand the purpose it also prevents people from making inteligent points about what he's doing cus we don't know.) so if somebody were to find information on his site and then kidnap a girl I guess he might be in trouble.
   
  It is shameful, we can't make it a crime for obvious reasons.    I wonder how they ran him out of town?  I mean I didn't know such things were legal and if if there is a legal way to do it I would love to do it to him,  if there isn't though I wonder how long it takes for him to realize he can file suit, he didn't break any law.  Taking pictures of little girls and saying where you found them while disgusting is perfectly legal.   I suppose we could change the laws though.

  thanks!! I really do not understand how they cannot change the laws. I guess i am so concerned as my girlfriend has a 10 year old and a14 yeard old who has already been approached on her myspace account by a "pretender" and I am scared to death that one of these bastards would touch these children, because and I MEAN it, I would have to KILL these F**K**G bastards if they ever touched these beautiful girls!!

  The thing about your children is that they have told you.  While nobody should want a 10 year old I don't know what your 14 year old looks like.  I've met plenty of 15 year olds that look damned good.  More than that if they invite them to your house when you're not there I have no pity. 
   
  This man is a predator, just like the ones who snatch innocent kids out of playgrounds and something should be done.

  This is very upsetting.  I live in Washington State and don't believe I have ever heard of this guy.  I went to see a picture of him and felt sick to my stomach. We had a pedophile get released in a city awhile back. There were a lot of bikers in the city and they got together and ran him out of the area.
  There are certain words that are considered red flags on the internet and if you appear to be involved in terrorism and drug dealing or child pornography then the feds will come right to your house.  I would also think that he is within violation of the law by posting a picture of someones child without the parents permission.  I might be wrong.
  I wouldn't mind seeing him sliced and quartered.

  Sean- I just read the article and he left Washington State because the media among other things drew too much attention to his website and what he was doing.
  I think it is freaking blatant to admit to it. He said has yet to commit a crime or actually touch a child, but for crying out loud, he will in time.  He haunts places where children go. I don't buy the remark that he has never touched a child, I just don't think he has been caught yet.  But regardless, he is helping other pedophiles to violate a child.

  Everywhere you go there are paedophiles watching children, being aroused by children. The only difference with your villain is that he is upfront about it.
   
  Paedophiles do not generally anounce their presence. How do you know the man in the supermarket queue is not eyeing up your child?

  The only reason Mr McClellan is getting this attention is because he makes himself an easy target.
   
  There is nothing you can do to stop paedophiles being aroused by children, any more than you can stop a man getting a hard-on at a girl in a club. Instead of putting all this righteous anger into trying to prevent the unpreventable it would make more sense to put some energy into all the abuse that goes on, untouched, unnoticed and unrecognised at home. And it is far more frequent than anything perpetrated by random 'stranger' paedophiles.
   
  The paedophile has become the next Red Threat, a social Weapon of Mass Destruction. He is not nearly as dangerous as people would have you believe, and he conveniently deflects people's attention from the real problem. That the majority of abuse is perpetrated by (predominantly) men on their daughters, neices and grandaughters.

  Thing is that this guy is making himself an easy target, and originally he was supposedly (all his links are overlaid with other crap) was giving the locations of little girls with their pictures.  It was practically assisted stalking.

  The 14 year old is a beautiful young girl and the only thing we can do is try and get her to understand what is out there. She is a GOOD kid and whenever there is one of these stories, we have her read it, because she is the kind of person who is always trying to help others and is pretty naive in that way!!

  He Mother is Wonderful and has told her of the abuse that happened to her at that age by a family "Friend" and it seems to have sunk in. Can only make information available and hope for the BEST!!
