I have been pushing my brother to get the internet installed. What he did was he called the guy and told him off. Threatened him as well. Nothing like "You better get it fixed or I'll shoot you with my 3.8" - not that my bro has one but you catch my drift.

 

So an hour later, my brother called and told me that the agent said it'd be a whole lot easier if we went straight to the company and tell them to get it installed asap. So off to the company, my brother went and get this....

 

He called from the network provider's counter and told me that I'd have to pay 1k upfront for the new package!! What kind of effing stupid marketing is that?!?! You are fucking losing (at this point, I'm done with using 'effing') customers because of your bad service and you came up with this so-called genius approach to get more customers?? Other providers are actually giving 7-day trial package and need to pay only 256 bucks on the first month and have better customer service and of course, faster connection... so you think people would want to pay fucking 1k upfront for your service??? How fucked up can your company be! OMG.

 

I'm so pissed right now. Really. This is really getting to me.
