My wife and I decided to buy a house. This house did not exist anywhere but in my wife's head. We went looking at houses and she explained what each house had that was going to be in our next house. I started to understand what she was picturing. It took me quite a while to do it but I finally had the idea in my head and demonstrated it when I drew out a sketch for an architect friend of mine over lunch. We knew which neighborhood we wanted to be in too. We wanted to be able to sell our house because we knew that we would be moving someday. That someday came sooner than we thought but that's a whole different story. The neighborhood that we wanted had a great track record for quick selling of houses. We looked in the neighborhood and found the lot that we wanted. It had to be south facing, my addition to house plans. There was only one lot left in the neighborhood that was south facing. We priced it and contacted a contractor to find out how much it would cost to build the house. He told us and without really checking into it further, we decided that it was too much money and that this was just a "dream" house for people on law enforcement salaries. A couple of months later, a house started to go up on the lot. I told my wife that someone was building on our lot. We said, "that's too bad," but didn't really think much of it. After much of the house had been built, I took a walk through it. As I went from one room to the next and one floor to the next, I began to recognize the house. When I got to the last room, it was exactly the house I had sketched for the architect. It was completely bizarre and the next time my wife and I were out, I took her to the house so that she could see it. It was amazing. The house had been built by the contractor that we had talked to before so we called him and asked him how much the house would cost. He laughed because he didn't think we could afford it but told us that he was trying to get rid of it and what the price was. With nothing to lose, we contacted a bank to see if we could qualify for the loan. It turned out that we qualified very easily for the loan because our debt to income ration is so low. We bought the house.

Wow, it was more of destinization. You actually forced events of destiny to come into terms with your visual reality. Hearing it directly from you encourages me to start visualization of the things I had long wanted to do. I never really took visualization so seriously until I hear it from a first hand account. After reading your story, I better get on with my visualization techniques right away. Thanks SuccessWarrior!

I'm greatly encouraged by your experience on the power of positive visualization. Like Citiview, I will try to incorporate it in daily mind exercise routine and hopefully achieve impossible things. I've been told by many people that the mind has infinite possiblities and your blog has confirmed this. Thanks bro :)
