Yes, YEs I will be there, and what did you said that new post that I will be interviewd for? No info - reply the HR Officer. Okay, I think I am ready, I am in my civilan long sleeve shirt and wearing a tie. (most uncomfortable) arriving 30 mins before the interview. Now what was this post that I am been interviewed for??? Entering the room, I noticed 3 person behind a long table, Ok this is a panel interview. When I shook the hand of the Chief Interviewer, I remember you. Weren't you my trainee before I still remember taking you in the School and you were my subordinate when we were in the Operational Squadron. Yes it was him. Then start the interview. The Chief Interviewer spoke and mentioned that he was unable to give me details of the nature of the post, was unable to give me the location of the working place for this post. All he could tell me was that I will be paid 30 to 40 % lower then my current pay. Ok then lets talk about what I have been doing for the last many years in the Air Force. Still not giving me any more details then I would have liked to know. The Interview ended with the Chief Interviewer mentioning that they will get back to me in a couple of weeks time. The time came and I receive an letter - "We regret to inform you that your have been found not suitable for the post" I waited for 15 sec, and the letter did not self destruct. I am very sure that Tom Cruise must have got the post. The next Interview would come some 2 months later......
