These women come into my clinic and they have stories for each person until they get to the doctor who sometimes gets the "whole" story. What gets me is that young or old they have herpes,genital warts,and all these diseases and their in tears asking How did this happen?
My heart breaks but after awhile you begin to think you fucked with out protection and got caught out there what don't get about that? As much as SmithKline runs that Valtrex commercial and you still don't know what herpes is and how it's transmitted?
I recently had a 22 yrold whose mom dragged her in to get a pregnancy test and schedule an abortion and she told her mother she got pregnant off of Pre-Come! I told the young lady and You feel for the I won't come in you line? I told her that there are worst things than being pregnant. Try 22 with hpv in our colpo clinic getting biopsied and told you might not be able to have kids. Try22 with hiv,aids,herpes,or Genital warts that has to be burned off. I told her that if she needs condoms she can stop by anytime and I'd give her a bag full they are free in my clinic. I gave her her birthcontrol options and told her after her procedure to come and get something or she'll be going through this again!
I had a women in her 20's,married,with a history of herpes and now genital warts that we
burned off. She is sitting trying to figure out the who what when where and why and with the warts there is NO WAY to figure out wtf happened and when? So I guess the husband will answer questions soon. Tell me what we have to say to get these people from jumping into the fire without protection.
