  i ususally don't post on weekends.

  I take a forced break from SoulCast Wed-Fri.  Just no time and when I get out of work I like to spend any free time with my love.

  I usually stop by at least once a day. If I have plans with my girl, I don't check in. But if she's working (like she is today) I find that I have nothing better to do anyway. But during the week, I definitely have more time to spend here. I think I spend most of my afternoon here instead of actually working.

  I try to check in briefly every day.  Sometimes I feel like I need a break from my online haunts, though, particularly when I find myself getting overly bitchy with people.  A week or two away from all things online (except email) often gives me some perspective.

  I tend to have time at night or random snatches of time during the day to log on and read/write a bit - it's usually not more than five or ten minutes at a time, but it's a good way to take a quick break from everything else. I don't really have a weekend, per se, but DH's days off are Sun/Mon so I'm around less then.

  i am officially addicted so I check in and out if here all day everyday......its really sad!!!!  lol
  nope not that bad really.....  my laptop sits in kitchen and i come back and too when I see emails saying response to ....post.  and in evenings i have a read around all the posts.
  when Im in work I'm on all day!!!!
  hmmmmm  I even think about soulcast and its residents when I'm out....

  As a self-classified intermittent blogger, the longest break in between my post is a little over a month, I think.  It seems that I can't stay away for any longer than that.  I had taken breaks from SoulCast not because I didn't enjoy blogging or anything.  I did have a heavy schedule and some heavy things going on during those breaks. 
  
  When I'm on, it seems that I'm on all the time.  When I was not on, I still read the featured posts, and commented once in a blue while.

  I thought so. I think some definitely "tone" it down on weekends. I actually make myself not go anywhere on SC. Maybe a little peeking and reading. But I won't let myself comment or post, cause once i do that, i'd be glued to the computer again :/

  I'm sure you do have life outside SC :) But i know what you mean though. When i was in jakarta, i didn't work. So i just devoted my weekdays fully to SC and went out with friends only on the weekends.

  Good for you! :) Most of the time when i'm on SC, i tend to "ignore" my bf. Fortunately, he's ok about it. So that's relieving :)

  At work is probably the best time for SC. Turned out our silverwhisper does that too, blogging from work. If i were working with a computer in front of me, i'd definitely be blogging a whole lot more :p

  LoL....i know what you mean. I have been in that stage too :) I'm afraid so far there's no AA Soulcastaholic yet. I dun think there will ever be, though. The addicts are too happy being addicted ;)

  LoL.... I'm quite like you too. When i'm on, i'm on all the time. If not, i still read :) My longest break was probably a little over two months. It was during my transition from jakarta to taipei.
