  I think it's ironic that you use save my marriage as the tag for this post, when you obviously are working to undermine it.  Do you really want to keep your marriage in top shape, or is your beauty more important?  You need to make some serious choices, and if you choose your marriage you need to talk to him, right now.

  If theres no trust in a marriage, there's nothing. You should tell him and get his viewpoint. You'll feel better with his approval. I think you already know what to do, since its quite clear to me you have a conscience.

  Probably isn't anything as dole, this is a high roller ladies.  This is a female in the waning years of youthfulness and knows that soon, the light of opportunity to snag a bigger prize, some urgent decisions are being made.  The face lift is only the beginning to bigger money and joe-blow she's married to will end up paying off the overhaul on her while she is cruising to new heights elsewhere, without him.

  My wife is 57 years young. On July 3rd she is also has an appointment
  to see about a face lift. She works out 5 day's per week and to me
  looks no where near her age, but she sees lines and wrinkles that
  I just see as a part of her.  If she feels strong enough about it, I will go
  with her when she for the doctor's visit and if and when she has the
  proceedure done. She never would have done it behind my back be-
  cause we have a marrage that we discuss the issues before they become
  problems. I think your heading for a marrage meltdown argument when
  he does find out because it's not just the money. Your not going to the
  dentist to have a tooth pulled, people have been known to die on the
  table after such a procedure. How would you feel if he was the one
  doing it ???
