Mirror......in Italy we dont have this big tradition of bachelorette parties......and even if there was one i wouldnt have wanted any .....
so no Chippendales popping out of the cake for me ....and i am happy i didnt have them, believe me .....:-)
Daily...sorry..i shouldn't have laughed, but like my fellow Moms here i couldnt resist...
what the heck were they thinking? You were puking and they were winning? Poor girl...;-0
GS: Are the wedding traditions there the same or are they different also?
my girlfriends at work INSISTED on going to a place with Chippindale guys-
i remember one coming out dressed as a policeman...another as a fireman...
they get down to a g-string and then 'work' the crowd by dancing in among the women who attack them!
i remember wanting to hide in the corner as i watch the shyest girls from work locking lips with these beefy men! there was lots of kissing and groping and many single dollars being thrown away....
i thought it was gross that they went from woman to woman trading spit....i dunno, something about that still turns my stomach!
SL: I have never been to anything like that...the closest thing to a stripper that I have seen is my husband who used to shake his butt at me every now and again! lol...
I think that is very disgusting as well and its not something I could ever do. A.) Because I don't think the male body is all that wonderful naked....and B.) I have issues with germs and saliva. Makes me wonder what they were thinking! lol
Isn't it funny how some of the shyest, quietest women turn out to be the tigers? That always shocks me!
there were these two sisters- both quiet. one was married with a little boy and the other was engaged. i think they led the pack in terms of aggressively going after these dancers!!! my eyes must have been bugging out of my head as i watched them both i'm sure...
something about alcohol...lol...changes people ALOT!!!
with men around almost naked, you get to see just how much!
Secret and Mirror......i have been to one of these shows but just because it was part of my assignment as reporter....I know, i know...what a tough job, isnt it?...LOL...
Well. ...that had been the first male stripper show ever arrived in the city so the buzz was big.....i remember that my boss looked around the room to pick the journalist to cover the story and with a grin in his face pointed at me and said " I am sending you. I really want to see how focus are you going to be".
Well, i have been very focus.....believe me...lol.....
But the show wasn't that raucy and naughty anyway.....the strippers didnt do heavy physical contacts...... plus, i interview the boys before the show and they were quite cute, funny and very down to earth.
But the women...geez....the women have been the real show..they went all nuts...young and old...i mean, like they have never ever see a man before....ridiculous..
i agree with you..i was feeling pretty uncomfortable only for their exagerated reactions. Then one stripper spotted me in the audience and gave me a special little number.....and i surely mentioned him in the article.......LOL....
Mirror......well, each town used to have its own traditions about weddings ...in some town the brides used to wear specific wedding dress and performing rituals like going from home to home to visit relatives and bring them presents....stuff like this...
Now is pretty much the same everywhere ...and in recent years the bachelor and bachelorette parties are offered more frequently than before....
The ceremony itself is pretty much the same......we do have the same crazy obsesssion about weddings; wedding dress, flowers, presents, restaurant, music, photographer......families go deep in debts exactly like here.....lol...
