The names of soulcast

There have been posts about how we picture SC members, how we think they sound and numerous others. But, I also give people first names.

For example, Ed to me is Ed. Secretlife is Susan. Gingersoul is Gina. Satyr is Bill. Mobil is Mitch. Creativewoman is Joanne. Zayda is Rachel.... I have a real first name for a lot of people based on my interaction with them.
 
I have no idea what anyone's real name is and I don't want to know.... I like giving people names that fit the mental image I have of them.
 
Does anyone else do this?

    i never though about it......i am more into giving pysical features than names....so for me you are a fiery brunette with big eyes and a huge smile.....

    and now that you make me think about it your name might easily be Brenda....who knows why.....lol...

    i never do that moms.  in fact, i know several SoulCaster's names....and even after knowing them, i still have to think twice because my instinct is to call them their soulcast names!

    so could robeta or regina!

    i'm convinced that mobil's name is really mobil!

    You know, for a second i was almost writing Jennifer for moms.....but i refuse to believe that Mobil is the real name of Mobil....:-D

    Mirror-Moms........Brenda is too professional? I was having the impression it was too soccer mom actually....lol...

    when i know someone's real name i immediately begin thinking of him or her by that name. i always try to be careful about it, but i don't always succeed.

    when i don't, i just use the username i know--or more likely, whatever shortened version of it i use to refer to him/her.

    i only try to figure out WHY the user named themselves like they did. i was a truck driver for a few years and i wondered then...what was in the name and why. in those days i was called spitfire.........go figure

    SL: I think I would use their soulcast names too. You would be so used to it here that it would almost be instinct to do so! LOL      Oh Randy is an even better one for Satyr !
     
    GS: lol  I like brenda though...much shorter than my name....my full name never fits on a signature line...so I made sure my kids names were one syllable...how do you spell syllable? :)
     
    Ed: I'm not sure if Ed is your real name but I don't think I could ever call you anything different! LOL
     
    Jade: I do give them voices...and have a mental picture of their surroundings and family and other things from the things they have written....but I've never even been close to accurate on those!! LOL
     
    HBC: I think I knew that from awhile ago. I think if I ever met you, I would automatically call you HBC though. :)

    I don't think of anyone in names other than their user names.  We all know Silver's name and I happen to know Mom's real name.  The rest I would have to guess like everyone else...

    I dont have first names only my own version of sc names...but I do have mental images of  soulcasters.....  heres the ones I can think of right now.....

    ginger.....I imagine as  tall...slim.... beautiful....with a wild head of ginger hair :-)

    polar....I imagine  as really cute with a contagious smile  :-)

    queenP........I imagine as a bit of a rock chic??  ebony hair in a funky style..... peircings in interesting places!!!!  :-) 

    rww...I actually have a vision of a very wise wizard!!!   :-)  

    eviltwin&Natalie............. I imagine them both to be beautiful..... the kinda couple you see and smile and think how good they look together.....  :-)
