did you tried Hokkien Mee before?
it is one of the Penang's Chinese noodle. haha. my favourite.... the soup is cooked from shrimps heads plenty of shrimps heads... chilly, shallot, ...pork ..anyway I am not good in cooking.. only good in eating..
if you like spicy food.. this is a good choice to have in Penang.
