As a soon to be new mom, I am going through a lot these days. A lot of it was expected. Such as gaining weight, having cravings, feeling the baby kick. Other things are not so expected.
Today I would like to announce:
I pee when I sneeze
That's right, and not only when I sneeze, but when I cough, and laugh as well. Now, I don't want you thinking that every time I sneeze I have a puddle of pee around my feet, no, it's just a wee bit of wee, really. But even though it is just a wee, and no one else can possibly see, I still get embarrassed.
Next time you see a pregnant woman sneeze, think of that little baby bouncing up and down on her bladder, but please, don't laugh. I swear it's just a wee.

Welcome to SoulCast, MoonMommy, its really nice to see you here. I wish I had a place like this to share my thoughts when I was pregnant! Now remember those pelvic floor exercises, coz if you dont do them now and after the baby is born this sneeze=wee effect may carry on longer than expected! :-))) -

Just don't mistake your water breaking for pee, it would help to tell them at the hospital that your water is leaking out! -

Oh Moon, this will be a great experience for you. You may also encounter charlie horses, I got those in my calves and they would wake me up. Remember when you get those to flex your foot. It will kind of hurt a wee bit more but it will get rid of a charlie horse so much faster. Congratulations on the upcoming edition to your family. -

Mom: I hated getting calf cramps! All I had to do was barely point my toes and they'd knot up. Heck, I once cramped up in a drive-thru line because I was driving a stick shift and had my foot on the clutch way too long!
