A few weeks ago, I was debating which new mp3 player to go for. I had my mind settled on the Creative Zen Vision M. So trudgged off to Selfridges on Oxford Street - not too far from my workplace, and went to go buy one. Out of stock. Now, I'm the kinda guy who goes to a shop to buy something and has to come out with SOMETHING. So out I came with the new 30gb video ipod. Weyhey! Got it home, ripped some cds, found some music video clips and a few whole movies and whacked them all into itunes. All good so far. Synched with the ipod and some of the movies didnt go, googled it and found out they needed to be encoded for the ipod. No problemo, found a freeware tool that did it and I was away. 2 days later off to Rome. Great test, flight test, had bought some new headphones by then cas the ipod ones didn't actually fit in my ears, and hurt like hell. The video quality is fantastic and sound quality great too. So far so good...
