first time i was concious of my colour was when i started attending school.then in school racial segregation was practiced amongst we school kids.i grew up in england and my mom taught me that the colour of a person"s skin doesnt matter but what comes out from the person that matters.i would agree with her though but then in school there was this clear hostility that if you are black it would be such a shame hanging out with white ppl coz they are the oppresors.but now that i have graduated from school and an adult i now know better.the colour of a person doesnt matter.First am human then am black.to me it just a colour nothing more and nothing less.and there"s this negative perception that is being streamlined into hollywood movies about black ppl that they are violent ,rude,living by the gun,and are lazy.dont you think this is pasting a negaive perception about black ppl?.in England,there are few blacks who take into crime but then i wouldn"t say that we blacks are all like that.there are some of us that are hardworking.in england most blacks are very hardworking.You can see them as a waiter and way up as a medical doctor or a lawyer.i grew up in a middle class family (my father is a medical doctor and my mom is a nurse)and has never taken into crime in my life before.and before i finish ,copsunited has been given out the notion in his blog that black ppl whine a lot about this and that.i want to tell him that some ppl also whine about things like ..oh! i am employed hence its the fault of black ppl,hey the crime rate is increasing! its the black pp who are into crime blah blah blah and stuff like that.the negative perception about blacks should please stop.afterall few whites also commit crimes or dont they?frm rebel,united kingdom.
