msbradford... double your water intake... get more sleep and increase your vit.c intake... i take 1,ooomg of vit.c when i start to feel like i am going to get a cold and i doze off to sleep...sometimes it works... well sometimes it doesnt too... but i hope it works for you more often than it does to me....
I don't know how to prevent a cold but I take nightquil so I can get some sleep and chomp alot of cough drops during the day. Good luck and hope you feel better soon.
