The NFL Hall of Fame Selection Committee votes each offseason on retiring players to determine if they shall be enshrined in the NFL Hall of Fame.  One hundred voters vote on the players they feel deserving of a place in the hall of fame.  A player needs at least 25 votes to enter the hall, and at least 2 votes to be considered again the next year (if they fail to reach 25).
