  My friend has this huge furry cat ..she shaved him for the summer...he is too ridiculous ..i cant even look at thim..and i think he knwos it ....lol.....

  he hisses at me now...i would be pissed off too if i were him....

  I'm laughing, SL.  He looks funny, and pissed off.  But he's still got a cute face.  The rest of him will catch back up to his head.

  He does look embarrassed!  I must confess to a little laughter at his expense.  I bet he will be cooler, though - and it isn't nearly as frightening as my recent lip waxing incident.  Perhaps I should send your doggie a picture of that so he can feel better ;)

  ginger: honest...i'll never ever do that again.  every time one of the kids see him, they say, oliver, you're so ugly!  and even  my husband says, that's one ugly dog!

  i had this done monday afternoon....after i got back from one of the doctor appts.  i really didn't want to bring him home!  i knew everyone was going to want to kill me!  he growled and snapped at all of us that whole night, and still his personality isn't back to normal.  i swear he is officially traumatized!!!

  satyr:  i told you it was pathetic!!!  i can't believe how long and skinny his legs are....you know those birthday cards with the dogs and cats with the huge heads and huge eyes?  that's what he reminds me of now!

  artemis:  go ahead and laugh......we're all certainly getting some in at his expense...lol after the horror fades, all you can do is laugh!

  Aaaaw, he's a darling!!  I like him both ways. . .he reminds me of my doggies in SA (we had to leave them when we came to the UK :( - I must try find a picture!
   
  Their hair really does grow quickly and soon he will lose the "shaved" look, so dont worry. . .I think they enjoy a cool coat!

  SL- What breed of dog is he.  He kind of looks like my dog in the face.  I had to admit I laughed really hard,  he looks so pitiful but adorable at the same time.  He does have that look that says, "Wait till you're sleeping."

  He is so sweet.  LOL, I am sure he probably sounds like a gremlin or a munchkin when he growls. I have a Shih Tzu and he looks like yours when he is shaved and he has a growl that sounds hilarious.

  Hey, I think he looks just fine! I see dogs like that all the time. It's the new look in canine this season. Trust me. He'll fit in with the other dogs at the park. And like other have said, he'll be more comfortable when it gets warmer.

  Hey secret, don't feel bad it's better than what my dog's groomer and I call stupid as hair cuts in ref to the ass out furry vested cuts people have done to their poodles. For some wierd reason they think it is sooo cute but I always think how stupid would I feel walking around with just my ass out and leg warmers on. So I always get my toy poodle the teddy bear cut or the cut your dog has now and I think she likes it.
