So I'm back after a lengthy absence. Woohoo. I know everyone will be so excited and all.
But here's a question for you. Why is it when you go into a mobile phone shop to browse you have three or more sales clerks breathing down your neck and drooling on your shoulder but when you go in actually wanting to talk to someone there is one member of staff currently engaged talking to someone who has a million questions each more stupid than the last ("So if I push the buttons on the front that dials the number then? But how do I know what number to dial?" etc). Or in my case this is only after having first trawled round the 3 Vodaphone shops in my area only to find all closed and wandering for another half hour trying to find another one. Not at all frustrating. Eventually gave up as work don't take it too kindly if you take lunch breaks that last all afternoon.
But now to top it all I went back to the shop yesterday to try again only to find a hand written sign taped to the inside of the door saying "Closed due to unforseen circumstances."
Sod it. Didn't want a new phone anyway.
