  I think your hair looks great just like it is.  Long hair on guys is sexy if it is kept neat and you don't have that redneck look.  Not to worry - you don't.  You seem to be pulling off a nice semi dangerous look.  I like it!  Your Pickle is a smart woman!
  My hair is long.  The middle of my back and very straight.  As a female I think it is easier than short hair I have to style all the time.  It is a pain sometimes and it can be very hot.

  My hair is long, well past my shoulders and it's thick (in that I have a ton of hair) but also fine. In the summer, I wear mine up alot--ponytails, in a "jaw" clip, in a french twist with chopsticks speared through it to hold it in place.

  A good friend of mine has straight, thick, shoulder length hair, and he does a single braid with leather wound through it quite frequently.

  Zayda, I can put it up if I do it with two pony tails. One on top and the other closer to the bottom. I do have lots of thick hair but I keep it up as much as it will let me so no cutting as of yet! Maybe I might try the chopsticks and see! lol

  Secret thank you and pickle has the same opinion as you in the length area.

  Tamaree that was one funny picture. My hair sometimes looks like that in the shower but without the color!

  it looks good on you... dont cut it.. it is really difficult to tame hair in that length that you have but if it grows past your shoulders it wont be much of a problem because you can tie it up by then...

  I'm generally a long-haired gal, but when I do chop it off and then grow it out again, that in-between stage is SO frustrating! Argh! I can totally understand why you'd be tempted to hack it off some days, but from an aesthetic perspective, there's no need. ;-)

  Had long hair when I was growing up akin to that of the Toploader singer but brown. Then shaved it all off. Then bleached it. Then dyed it purple with a smiley face in the back. Then grew it again but kept it straight. Now it's back to shaved.

  Gena.....The look is good on you. Pickle knows what she s talking about. As for mine most of it left my head long ago......actually I still have lots of hair...most of its on my pillow. I keep it shaved or short. I hate that comb over business, also its way faster in the morning and makes shampoo pretty much a thing of the past.

  I think you can look good with both long or short hair.....so do as you feel...

  i got the opposite curiosity than Pickle...i asked my ex to shave completely his head years ago.....i like bald man......and he was damned sexy, i have to say...:-)

  Mine are shoulder wings long now in a layered cut so they are shorter around the face and longer going down....i don't like too polite look so i asked for chopped layers ....i have lots of straight thin hair ...but with he humidity of today they puff up easily....

  their color is similar to yours but i am thinking (again) to change ....you know...women and hair color...LOL...
