I'm back. I know it's been a while, I haven't been online in the longest time. Now I
am trying to catch up on everything that has been going on...LOL.
Now what has been happening to me??? I went and saw Ron White...I had sooo
much fun. We were about 15 feet away from the stage, I have never been that
close to anyone famous--It was so cool. He had a lot of new material, there were
maybe 4 jokes that I had already heard. And I got a T-shirt to wear that has one
of his famous sayings on it "I had the right to remain silent, but I didn't have the
ability."
The show kicked of with his opening act, I can't remamber the guy's full name--it
was Charlie something. I wish I could remember his name; he was so funny, he
had the audience going big time. I think he had most of the audience going better
than Ron White did. But of course it was easier for Charlie, all his material was
his best stuff---he was only on stage for 30 minutes. Ron White had more time to
fill.
And someone in the audience clearly didn't know where they were at because
they yelled out to Ron White "Git-R-Done" I think Ron got a little pissed off, he
told that guy "Wrong comedian, wrong show."
And at the begining Ron White didn't come out to stage with his drink. I guess
the crew was supposed to bring that out. So some time during the first half of the
show one of the crew members brought Ron's drink to him, (he had the bottle of
Scotch but he didn't have a glass, the crew brought that out to him.)
And Ron White has a new saying out now, I know that because when we bought
my shirt before the show there was only three to chose out of. And after the show
there was a new one out. The people said that they couldn't sell it before hand
because it was a new saying in this show. They couldn't spoil it for us.
We had a good night. The place was pretty well packed, and we had some
good seats. We had a blast.
