Hi everyone, well I finished the steroid treatments and did not post about it as I did not want to tempt karma. But I went 30 days without the skull crushing headaches. As a matter of fact I have only had two headaches total. Although they were not nearly as bad, they were still a bit worse than a migraine.
Here is the REALLY good news. I have not had a seizure in almost six weeks. I hope this works. I will have another series of shots and pills in another four months. Keep praying for me.

sweet_cookie01; I was taking the gabapentin but they took me off it because you can't take an anti-seizure medication with steroids I understand. I haven't used an anti seizure for two 1/2 months now, (one of the reasons I am surprised).
secretlife; They don't want to put me back on the seizure medicine until after I do another round of steroids, but they will if I start having seizures again.

Well, I have not had any seizures but the headaches are back. They are not as intense and they only last about 4 hours instead of days and weeks, but, I had so hoped that they were gone. I am reapplying for disability so that I can get the further tests needed to determine the exact cause of the swelling. But it looks like I will have to have another round of the steroids. -
