Yesterday, after I posted, I ate a salad and the leftovers of my shrip linguini alfredo from Red Lobster for dinner. I drove to college but my professor's sick so class was cancelled. So I came home and took a 27 minute walk (yes, I used a stopwatch. I'm a dork). I chose the more hilly streets in my neighborhood too. Then it got dark and I came home to a hot shower and playing with my boyfriend... if you know what I mean. We were both hungry afterwards so I had a salad and a small bowl of Trix cereal.
Today my workout was mowing the lawn. That took me about 35 minutes and it's a push mower, not electrically propelled. So I got a good arm workout in there. Well, good for me at least. And I got two workouts in so far this week. Unless you count the sex where I was active most of the time and then it's three. That's pretty good seeing as how I haven't been working out for a long time now. Good change. And good sex. But that's beside the point.
I haven't been eating great today, but it's not terrible either. I had a salad and one plain (no syrup) pancake for breakfast. Lunch was a sloppy joe, some carrots, and mixed fruit. I had some oreo ice cream for snack, plus one strawberry from the plants I'm growing. Water and milk only to drink. There's a staff meeting tonight with dinner included.
